Parking Information

Below you will find information related to parking options related to the property.

  • Location:   There is access to the Garage from 18th Street and 20th Street.
    • 3 levels (G1, G2, G3)
    • G1 level is reserved for Marriott Hotel guests.
  • Hours of Operation:
    • 6:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday
    • Garage is available 24 hours, 7 days a week with a parking card.
    • Free Parking is available after 4:00 PM Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays
  • Parking Managed by:
    • Parking Service Center (PSC)
    • Office: 2345 Crystal Drive, Ground Floor
    • Office Phone: 703.842.2971
    • Hours of operations: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Access:   The number of parking spaces your organization has in the garage is based on the terms of your lease.

    • Standard: $175.00   
    • Reserved: $350.00
  • Towing:  
    • Advanced Towing: 703.241.2211
  • After Hours Parking Questions:  
    • If you have a question or concern after the PMI office closes, please contact Allied Universal at 470.709.1351.
  • Lost Parking Card:  
    • If you lose or damage your parking access card, please report it to the on-site PMI Office. There will be a $15.00 charge to replace a lost or damaged card.
